商标续展注册申请

　　依照《商标法》第三十七条规定：注册商标有效期满10年，需要继续使用的，应当在期满前六个月内申请续展注册；在此期间未提出申请的，将给予六个月的宽展期。宽展期满仍未提出申请的，注销其注册商标。每次续展注册的有效期为十年。
　　一个使用多年的商标，对于注册人来说是一笔无形资产，在注册有效期满时，应及时办理申请续展的手续。
　　续展注册与申请注册不同，续展注册是通过申请使已经取得的权利继续有效，而申请注册是为了取得商标专用权。

　　商标申请人所需材料：
　　1、申请商标续展注册证复印件；
　　2、与原注册证商标图形一致的商标图样6份；
　　3、企业营业执照复印件；
